HashTag Plugin and Changes to Twitter

On the 30th June Twitter is switching off Basic Authentication on the Twitter API, this means that 3rd party applications that use it, such as the HashTag plugin, will no longer function. I am currently adding support for OAuth to HashTag and will release a new version at the end of the month.
